Paraguayan yerba mate (Barbacuá method), granulated grind. Indisputable aroma and flavor—similar to La Rubia, though not quite as intense. Medium bitterness, low astringency, and—despite being a coarse grind—it contains a fair amount of dust. Much like La Rubia, it is very easy to drink. It offers good longevity, holding up well for over a liter while maintaining a consistent flavor. Brewed at 165°F.
