Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MateRonda mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up-to-date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including reviews, ratings, photos, and store submissions. By posting content, you grant MateRonda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and agree that it will not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Prohibited Conduct

Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.
Impersonating another person or entity.
Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Scraping, data mining, or using automated means to access the Service without our express permission.
Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by MateRonda and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Service, including store information, brand details, and user reviews.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MateRonda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
