The first thing you notice is the rich, smoky aroma with floral notes. The flavor is delicate and subtle, with almost no acidity or astringency, and a moderate finish. Very, very good. One of the best Barbacuá yerbas. Excellent in tereré (a traditional Paraguayan drink).
