Argentine agroecological yerba, harvested every two years. Exceptionally good, featuring sweet notes and a very pleasant character. Light and fresh. It carries scents of hay and wood. The notes are distinctly sweet, with medium-to-low bitterness, almost non-existent astringency, and very little—if any—dust. At first, it doesn't seem like anything special; however, as you continue drinking, the sweet and floral notes emerge and linger with you throughout the entire session. It easily lasts for 1.2 liters. Brewing it at 165°F is ideal.
