Good yerba: smooth, sweet, pleasant, and with a flavor that lingers throughout most of the brewing session. It is light-bodied, featuring sweet notes and a medium-to-low bitterness; astringency is present but not excessive. It has slightly more body than the Campo Sur version, yet remains a yerba suitable for everyone. It lasts through a 750ml thermos—and could even stretch to a full liter if one is careful and precise while brewing. Brew at no higher than 165°F, preferably at 160°F.

3.5 stars for me, a bit worse amanda, still good and smooth but lacks something undescribeable

La Merced de Campo Sur is a favorite. A go-to daily Yerba that can be enjoyed by many for its smooth and balanced flavor and decent energy boost.
