Full transparency: I'm the founder of the brand. So instead of hyping it, I'll tell you what my customers say. The first round hits strong if you're new to mate. Stick with it and the herbal tones start coming through. It's aged, but not the way Argentinian or Paraguayan yerbas are, so expect a different profile. If the gourd feels too intense, try it as mate cocido. It shines as a tea.
