From the same yerba producer that makes Baldo. It features a very distinct smokiness—present, yet not overpowering. The flavor is sweet, almost sugary. It is herbal, aromatic, and full-bodied. No astringency or bitterness. It has other herbs that helps with digestion. It lasted me a full liter; I could have kept going if I had wanted to. I like it very much. I brewed it at 175°F, though it can handle temperatures up to 185°F—just like all finely ground yerbas. It is best to use a round-filter *bombilla* or a Brazilian-style *bomba* to prevent clogging.
