Doesnt last the flavour a lot in your mouth compared to a Baldo or Canarias! But it is more punchy! The flavour ismore refined than the other two, you can taste more the different notes

At first sip it has a familiar taste, it reminds me of Canarias but smooth without the smokiness. I didn’t get sweet notes at first but after readjusting La montañita and placing my bombilla deeper into the Yerba it exploded with flavor!. I brewed it at 71C, I think this one is quickly going to become my go to. I would describe the flavor as a home style biscuit with a touch of sugar. Not too sweet and not too salty 😄

Another great Yerba similar to its sister brands Canarias and Baldo. Out of the three i find this to be a less bitter and more bready taste. Awesome Yerba with a beautiful blue packaging which perhaps influences my taste buds

Spectacular flavor. A smoky note is present from the first sip but remains consistent. Very good body, robust yet approachable, with quite sweet notes and very rich. Despite being part of the Baldo family, it has its own identity and intensity. It's like a middle ground between Canarias Tradicional and Baldo. It easily lasts for more than 1.5 quarts. Brew at 180 degrees, like all P.U. 1 yerba mate. Brazilian Bomba is recommended to prevent clogging.
