This is a good compuesta for those looking for a less intense caffeine kick while staying mostly true to a traditional Yerba flavor. It has other herbs but the flavors are not super over powering maybe a slight mint flavor and that’s it. I like this Yerba for when I want to have a 2nd mate session and don’t want something super energetic.

La Selva para Nerviosos is perhaps the softest UY yerba I have tried--in both flavor and effect! Tasting better at lower temperatures (~152 °F), it has a slight sweetness and begins to taste less and less like a typical yerba mate. But even at its best, I found this one to be just good. Nothing incredible (I'm not in a rush to restock soon), but decent. I liked the low effect for afternoon sessions, but the flavor was hardly something I craved regularly. YMMV!
