Mild flavor, low bitterness and acidity, sweet on the palate. Low intensity, easy to drink. Good staying power and long-lasting brews. I like it a lot. 1.5 liters or more. Brew at 175 degrees but can withstand up to 185, like all finely ground brews. It's best to use a round bombilla or a Brazilian bombilla to prevent clogging.
