It is a good yerba but wont blow your mind! I have a more mild flavour, quite bitter! I rather drink the Suave version but overall not bad!

Grassy, smooth, not too potent in the caffeine department. Overall pretty easy and relaxing

Sara Suave is a typical Uruguayan yerba but smoother than the regular Sara in my opinion. Nothing spectacular, but not bad either.

The flavor of Sara Tradicional is similar to Suave, but with a bit more body. It has a subtle and delicate smokiness that isn't overpowering. It has a noticeable intensity, but not as strong as, for example, Canarias Tradicional. It's easy to drink, and the bitterness is there but not unpleasant. It has a nice, cream flavor. It easily fills my 1.5-quart Stanley thermos, and you can go further if you're careful. I highly recommend it. It's similar to Baldo. Brew at 175 degrees but it can handle up to 185, like all finely ground yerba. It's best to use a round bombilla or a Brazilian-style bombilla to prevent clogging.
